What we collect

MCPify collects only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Your Shopify store domain and OAuth access token (to query your store on your behalf)
• Agent configuration you set (name, tone, system prompt)
• Monthly usage counts (number of AI calls per store)
• Chat messages sent through the extension (processed in real-time, not stored)

What we do NOT collect

• Customer personal data from your Shopify store
• Payment information
• Browsing history outside of Shopify Admin pages
• Persistent chat logs

How data is used

Store credentials are used exclusively to respond to AI agent queries on your behalf. Chat messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Data storage

Store configuration and tokens are stored in Cloudflare KV (encrypted at rest) with automatic expiry. Usage counters reset monthly.

Revoking access

You can revoke MCPify's access to your store at any time from Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels.
